If, for any reason, any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or in any capacity unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality or non-application shall not affect other provisions of this Agreement, but that Agreement shall be construed as if the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions would never have been contained in this Agreement, unless: the deletion of these provisions would entail such a substantial modification which would lead to the conclusion of the transactions. this Agreement has been considered inappropriate.
